We believe Strategic Planning is an ongoing process. As such, during this past two years the WAEOP Board took the opportunity to survey and gather input from its members. From the study of that data, the board adopted a new Strategic Plan. The plan is in the form of a living document.

As part of the plan, the Strategic Planning Committee, along with the WAEOP Board, presented new mission and vision statements to our membership. The following were adopted:
